Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t Buy From This Company! Customer service is appalling. I returned 4 items via the DHL collection and have not received the refund. I tried to call and only ever get an answer phone. The online chat says all their agents have left for the day throughout the entire working day as per the online details - clearly sketchy. I thought this was a premium brand, and despite charging premium prices, they certainly don’t offer premium customer services. At this stage, emails sent, messages left and 5 days have passed with no responses. Next step is get my credit card company to step in. Disgraceful.
