Very poor experience.
Shoes arrived in a filthy shoe box and after spending a few minutes cleaning it, finally got to open and found one of the shoes to be damaged. Customer service was lacking and seemed to not care. Very poor experience, I’ll be returning to FootJoy.

Great shoe , comfortable, would have got a 5* , only reason had to change the insole, the G/ Insole is great but makes the shoe appear small and ride high on the heal, which adds movement, ( I have had this before, and does not deter me from purchasing gain, ) so from
Experience I pulled it out , and put a quality leather ( much thinner) insole
In place , they are now perfect , as my other Gfore white ones as well , lets the heel drop down and no movement around the heel at all , and u er comfortable

Great shoe if the width is right for you
Only suitable for those with narrow feet. Even half a size up were too narrow for me. I am usually a G fitting but happy with F width at times dependent on suppleness of the shoes.

So Comfy I Didn't Want To Take Them Off!
When I started looking to replace my old golf shoes I was looking for 3 things. Comfort, Traditionalesque aesthetic and spiked only. Having been to my local golf store to try FJ, Nike, Adidas and Under Armour none of them felt right. I took a chance on G/Fore. When I say I wont go back to another brand of golf shoe I MEAN IT. Everything felt premium! I wore them for my first round and the inserts feel like walking on clouds. I was worried about blisters but not even redness on the back of the heel. After walking 18 holes (on one of the hilliest courses in Ireland) my feet are usually sore but I wanted to keep the G/Fore's on even after the round they were that comfy! Sizing wise people say you should size down half a size but I found buying true to size was ideal. Over time these may stretch but I think had i sized half a size down they would be very uncomfortable. They fit the foot snug and minimal to no movement in the shoe. Being able to replace the inserts is a massive bonus and even the box felt premium.

Sadly these shoes were clearly not new. They had been played in already with some mud in the spikes. They were not advertised as used.
