Rated 1 out of 5 by from Such a shame the Service is shocking at the moment Unfortunately G/FORE has an issue! I ordered golf shoes in the sale, it took 4 days from them to tell me that they had made a stock error and the shoes were not available in the size I ordered. I gave the benefit of doubt and ordered again, this time opting for two pairs, one winter and one summer. Whilst waiting for my order to arrive in the 1-2 business days it said shipping would take I kept receiving the daily emails and texts about the sale that was on, some even stating 1 pair might not be enough! 5 days later I receive another email from the concierge informing me that unfortunately they had made a stock error and they didn’t have the size for one of the pairs I had ordered. A good will gesture was offered for free postage on a new order, however had to be used by the next day. This may have been all well and good but we are now 10 days after my order and the pair of shoes that they are yet to tell me they made a stock error on still haven’t arrived and I think it is unlikely they will. I have raised a second query with G/FORE as my first went unanswered to find out what is happening and would normally wait before writing a review especially given the fact I really rate the quality and comfort of the shoes I already have from them, however G/FORE have now emailed twice asking me to review my purchase, purchase of something that hasn’t even arrived yet.
