They arrived with a small issue on the insole making them painful to wear, nothing major but enough. A small piece of the insole appears to be missing. A small oversight I thought! So, I emailed their concierge team, after trying their online support team, and received an automated message saying they had it, they will contact me and thank you for the email... You can probably tell where this is going but I will carry on.. So, I wait the allotted time, nothing, so i try the online chat again, all the agents have left for the day, again... I call the support number, yup a voicemail and leave a message, I send another email, still nothing. I am now wondering if Gfore has any actual members of staff!! I reach out to their social staff, someone responds, but sadly cannot help and can only pass on my message to their customer service "team". More time passes, emails arrive asking me to review the product, and would I recommend them to friends? No, is the answer I wouldn't. I wouldn't buy another product from you, as if anything is slightly wrong you simply ignore people! Selling a shoe with a damaged insole isn't the end of the world, but the fact you are not able to contact a person and resolve it, well thats a different matter. You are selling premium priced products with from what I can tell zero customer service. It is pathetic. If anyone is considering buying from them, just go somewhere else with your money as these clowns don't care. Golf has so many decent brands now, you don't need to waste your time and money with a company who won't ever reply to you. I could imagine when you get a pair of shoes in top nick they are decent, but so are all the others! So save your money, save your time and go buy from anyone else!
