The returns process is too complicated l, they don’t supply a return label or a QR code to allow returns shop to print. As I don’t have a printer that was an issue. I emailed the help dept and they took 5 days to get back to me only to say go and get it printed off at a location you can find. I returned the shoes and have had no communication from them to say they have it or any communication to say when I will get my money and I’ve emailed them twice not good help desk so will not be using them again. Very bad customer service not impressed
